The EVP Billet Boost Recirculating Valve (BRV) for the CFMOTO Z10 delivers unstoppable, leak-free performance. Choose between running your factory Z10 BRV with our Factory BRV Adaptor Kit or fully transform your Z10 with the EVP BRV Kit.

The EVP BRV Kit is engineered to operate consistently without leaks and maintain extremely high manufacturing tolerances. Includes a body, cap, and piston, precision CNC-machined from billet aluminum with tolerances approaching 0.0003 inches. Sliding components are hard anodized and coated to ensure durability throughout the engine's lifespan. The EVP BRV incorporates three sealing o-rings to provide leak-proof operation, unlike the factory design. For each vehicle/engine type we make BRV kits for, the spring rates are properly matched for optimum performance.

✓ Fits

2026 CFMOTO Z10

*Requires EVP Silicone Charge Tube Kit & EVP Intake Tube Kit

✓ Features

Prevents turbo compressor surge, which causes lost performance and decreased throttle response

Redirects excess air back into the intake system when the throttle plate is closed

Plug-and-play resistor included that connects directly to the factory BRV harness, preventing a check engine light

Protects the longevity of the turbocharger

The body, piston and cap are machined from billet aluminum and tested to 500+ horsepower

The cap is anodized and re-machined for easy gripping for spring tension adjustments

The piston and body are hard coated with impregnated Teflon anti friction matrix

The design has 3 sealing O-rings for leak proof operation

Does not have the "pshh" sound that some customers look to avoid

Proudly machined and made in the USA

✓ Specs

Brand: Evolution Powersports (EVP)

Part #: 1502040006, 1502040007, 1502040004 (see options)

Condition: New

✓ Instructions

EVP BRV Kit Instructions for CFMOTO Z10

Factory BRV Adaptor Kit Instructions for CFMOTO Z10

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0628/1219/2993/files/1502040006_tt_1_e3e4bdd2-de81-49fa-8c01-2d2d4e1fca44.jpg?v=1793319231
