Bought an EVP ECU Bench Power Flash (ECU Send-In), an MG1 ECU Unlock, or a tune with a send-in option from us? Your ECU ships straight to EVP for the flash. Fill out this one form and you're set. It sends your info to us so we can match your ECU to your order at EVP, and it prints the packing form EVP needs in the box.

1. Place your order on DuneGoonShop.com and keep your order number (it's in your confirmation email, like #1234).
2. Fill out the form below and press Submit & Print. A filled-out EVP send-in form prints for you.
3. Remove your ECU from the vehicle. Disconnect the battery first and keep the connectors clean and dry.
4. Pack it in a padded box with the printed form inside. No form in the box means delays at EVP.
5. Ship it with tracking to the EVP Tuning Department address below.
6. EVP flashes it in about 24-48 hours (not counting shipping) and ships it back to the return address on your form.
