Shipping policy
We believe in fast reliable service. All Items in our store are in stock and ready to ship! If for some reason your item sells right in front of you and We didn't catch up with the website in time we will contact, you immediately and refund your money on the spot.
Our items ship from various locations.
MODQUAD RACING PARTS:
- Ship next day most of the time excluding Friday - Sunday
- If you order your part Thursday after 12:00 PM Pacific time, then your item won't ship until Monday the following week considering it's not a holiday.
ENGINE & MOTOR PARTS AND BUILD KITS:
- All our items are in stock and ready to ship by single part only.
- If you order a kit, we assemble your kit in house and that does take a few days to put together the bigger kits to make sure everything is right and double check the kit before it goes out.
- All engine kits normally go out for shipping in no more than 5 business days.
SeeDevil Lighting:
- All SeeDevil Lighting products are in stock and ready to ship. We normally have these out next business day.
ROKIT SXS PARTS:
- These Whips and parts sell extremely fast! If your item is sold before we can update the site, we will reach out immediately and let you know our estimated wait time for shipping.
DUNE GOONS CLOTHING AND MERCHANDISE:
- our custom order items can take several weeks to fabricate. (Dune Goons Hoodie Dresses and Special-Order Items)
- all items shown in stock ship next business day.
