ROCS Triple Clamps
The Revolutionary Opposing Clamp System represents one of the most significant developments in triple clamp technology. Unlike conventional designs, ROCS positions clamping screws on opposite sides of the fork tubes. This delivers reduced fork tube deformation for improved suspension response, increased safety through self-locking protection against fork twist, precise clamping torque with no screw interference, and lighter weight with no material between clamping points. Xtrig machines every clamp from high-strength, ultrasonically tested aluminum alloy manufactured exclusively for them.
PHDS Handlebar Mounts
The Progressive Handlebar Dampening System uses elastomers to absorb engine and chassis vibrations while dampening forces in both horizontal and vertical directions. The result is reduced arm pump and maintained steering precision throughout the moto. PHDS mounts offer 12 different handlebar positions for precise ergonomic adjustment. Choose from soft, medium, or hard elastomer kits to tune the dampening characteristics to your preference and riding conditions. PHDS OEM versions mount directly to stock triple clamps.
Holeshot Devices
Developed in close collaboration with factory teams, Xtrig holeshot devices give you the decisive advantage off the gate. The system preloads the fork before the start, lowering the center of gravity to prevent front wheel rise under acceleration. The patented HiLo system features two engagement positions 12mm apart for different grip conditions. Single-button versions offer one optimized snap-in position. All holeshot devices mount without removing the forks and release instantly with the push of a button.
Preload Adjusters
Xtrig mechanical preload adjusters make rear shock spring preload changes quick and easy. Using a worm drive gear system, adjustments require only an 8mm T-handle. The design utilizes the complete length of the shock body threads for maximum adjustment range. Unlike hydraulic systems, the mechanical design has no oil and no seals to leak. Convert from hard pack to sand track settings in seconds rather than minutes.
