FullFlight Racing Extended UTV A-Arm Kit - Polaris RZR 200

FullFlight Racing's RZR 200 racing arms are built from 1 inch x 0.095 inch wall American made chassis grade steel. The geometry is reworked and 3 inches of width is added per side, so the car sits planted instead of tippy. 12 point adjustable arms, CNC machined head adapters and threaded frame adapters give a factory spec fit.

Wider arms move your front track width out, so the rest of the front end has to keep up. Tie rods, tie rod ends and brake lines all need to match the new width, and alignment should be reset once everything is torqued down. We carry the matching FullFlight tie rods, sealed tie rod ends and extended stainless brake lines, so you can order the whole front end at once instead of waiting on a second shipment to finish the job.
