The Demon Heavy-Duty Rear Axle is a direct replacement for the CF Moto ZForce 500 Trail EPS and ZForce 800 Trail EPS. Built from dual heat-treated chromoly steel with oversized CV joints, this axle offers 15–20% increased shaft diameter and 10–15% larger CV joints compared to OEM, delivering maximum durability. Its wide articulation angles and dual-plunge design prevent binding, making it ideal for aggressive off-road use, lift kits, and portal setups.
