Honda TRX450R High Clearance XC A-Arms

We are extremely excited to introduce our all-new High Clearance Honda TRX450R XC A-arms!

We took every recommendation from our top racers as well as any complaints we've received, piled it all together and built what we believe to be the best set of XC a-arms available for the TRX450R.

Here is what we came up!

• We decided to change up the overall geometry a bit from our DC-PRO’s. The arms are now 1.5" wider per side with ZERO forward placement! Zero forward placement essentially means the bike now goes exactly where you point it. It doesn't push, it just turns. Exactly what an XC racer needs…total control.
• Here’s something a lot of you asked for…no more heim joints! New polyurethane upper bushings in place of the heim joints with quick caster adjustment. It’s as simple as moving the spacers from front to back to increase or decrease caster from the factory spec. The best part is, they clip in. You don’t even need to pull the bolt out, just loosen the upper a-arm bolts, knock the spacers out and punch them back in place where you want them.
• We completely redesigned the lower arm to feature an insanely strong boxed in shock mount while also including a high clearance bend to achieve maximum ground clearance. That means the bottom of your shock is safe from everything on the trail as are the arms themselves.
• We got rid of all of the pivot bearings and Delrin bushings and replaced them with our new greaseable Polyurethane bushings in order to extend service intervals and provide extra cushion between the trail and the rider as the poly bushings have more give compared to Delrin or bearings. These new bushings last an incredibly long time. In fact we haven’t had a set wear out yet.
• Our high clearance A-Arms are made from 4130 Chromoly and are completely tig welded
• Requires the use of a 19.75" extended length shock
• If you are switching from our old-style DC Pro's to the new high clearance arms, you can reuse your current shocks, but they will need some fine tuning as far as adjustments go.
• Shock mount has clearance for all aftermarket shocks
• Includes front shock mount plugs to prevent mud/dirt build up inside the shock bolt hole
• Kit includes all new frame side hardware
