ASV Inventions changed the game in 2000 when founder Bob Morales introduced the world's first unbreakable motorcycle lever. A lifelong racer and entrepreneur, Morales came up with the pivoting lever concept in 1995 after breaking his clutch lever while practicing for a motocross race. After selling his interest in Kore Bicycle Components in 1998, he developed the design and sold his first levers at the Glen Helen National in May 2000. What started as 250 units that took six months to sell has grown into over one million levers sold worldwide.
Based in California, ASV manufactures all levers in the USA using only premium materials. The patented pivot design allows levers to fold forward on impact instead of snapping off—then spring right back into position. Every ASV lever is backed by an unconditional lifetime warranty against breakage. If it breaks, they replace it. Period.
