Sprockets & Chainwheels
Renthal sprockets are precision CNC-machined with the iconic Ultralight pattern to reduce weight while maintaining strength. Rear sprockets use specially enhanced 7075 T6 aluminum—33% lighter than steel yet incredibly durable. Front sprockets are cut from 655M13 nickel-chrome-molybdenum alloy steel for maximum hardness. The TwinRing design combines an aluminum carrier with steel teeth for extreme durability.
Chains
Renthal chains feature proprietary SRS (Special Ring System) technology. The SRS X-ring is pre-loaded during assembly, creating a spring effect that maintains sealing pressure as the chain wears.
